The problem we're solving
In an emergency, the difference between recovery and loss is measured in minutes. Yet hospitals routinely lose those minutes not to medicine, but to not knowing. Where is the on-call doctor. Where is the nearest free bed. Where is the equipment. What is the patient's status. Today this information lives in phone calls, footsteps, and people's memory, not in a system. A hospital cannot see itself in real time, and that blindness has a cost. Patients pay it.
What DOQTO does
One platform, four ways in
Open any path to step into a live-style dashboard and see how that part of the hospital is tracked.
This isn't a guess. We validated it.
The empirical case for one platform
Before building, we ran a formal study of 88 hospital workers. The finding was striking: staff don't experience safety, locating, equipment, coordination and records as separate problems. Statistical analysis collapsed them into a single underlying factor we call the Visibility Deficit. It is the strongest driver of staff dissatisfaction we measured. That is the empirical case for one platform, not six disconnected tools.

Dr. Aby Alex
Co-founder, Clinical & AI
A doctor studying how AI can help hospitals run better. Works on the clinical thinking, and leads the AI at DOQTO.

Aamir Saudagar
Co-founder, Product & Engineering
A product builder who turns ideas into working software. Builds the technology that DOQTO runs on.
Beyond the hospital
Teaching why time matters
Inside hospitals, we build tools that help them save time. Outside, we run a public channel on the moments when time counts in medicine, and what to do in them. Same goal both ways: saving time in medicine.
